Melbourne Drug Court Art Program
Melbourne Drug Court and CAST have teamed up to deliver a pilot art program, running over six afternoons in November and December 2019. The artist, Adam Douglass with the support of Marnie Badham, is facilitating a series of hands on artistic activities for individual creative development and opportunities for collective expression with a small group of participants. The sessions will be run by the artist in a multi-purpose meeting room at their facilities in the CBD with art materials provided. There may be an opportunity for temporary or permanent aesthetic enhancement of the facilities, through the artworks developed in the program. The pilot program will test creative approaches to engagement within this context with aim to inform the development of an artist residency program for 2020.
